A Mount System Built for the 3/8" Dovetail

Armadyne Manufacturing’s 3/8" dovetail mount system is designed for rifles and platforms that use the classic rimfire dovetail interface. Built around our ModMount system, it brings modern optic flexibility to firearms that traditionally lacked modular mounting options. Start with a precision-fit 3/8" dovetail base for your rifle, add an optional spacer to adjust height or co-witness, then select the optic plate that matches your preferred red dot. The result is a lightweight mounting solution with repeatable alignment—making it easy to upgrade optics while maintaining the clean, streamlined look that dovetail-equipped rifles are known for.

The Armadyne ModMount system provides a sleek, modular, and lightweight solution to more traditional mounting solutions. Each base has a standardized slot that interfaces with the optic mount to provide a rock solid attachment. Optional spacers allow for flexible heights to achieve a specific co-whiteness or to fit whatever application the user needs.

Our mounts are proudly designed, manufactured, and sold right here in the USA. Each mount begins as a billet of 6061-T6 aluminum and is CNC machined in our Lincoln, Nebraska shop to exacting standards. After machining, we sandblast and finish every mount with H-Series Cerakote—a two part, heat cured ceramic coating that delivers superior scratch resistance while preserving dimensional accuracy.
