About This Ruger Mark IV Silencer Shop Exclusive Mount
Armadyne mounts for the Ruger Mark IV Silencer Shop Exclusive fit the four-hole receiver pattern, with two threaded holes ahead of the ejection port and two behind it. The matching front and rear hole pairs allow the mount to be installed in either position.
This direct-mount design positions the optic close to the receiver without a Picatinny rail and separate optic mount.
Compatibility
Confirmed compatible Ruger models are 40179, 40181, 40182, 40186, and 40193. Before installation, verify that the receiver has two threaded holes ahead of the ejection port, two behind it, and no rear-sight dovetail.
This line is only for the Silencer Shop Exclusive four-hole receiver pattern.
- For a standard three-hole receiver, choose from the standard Ruger Mark IV mounts.
- Ruger Mark IV 22/45 Lite models 43946, 43947, and 43948 use the Riton-Equipped Ruger Mark IV mounts.
Installation Notes
Unload the firearm and remove any factory rail or other mount. Secure the Armadyne mount to either matching receiver hole pair with the supplied two #6-48 x 1/8 cap-head screws.
Attach the optic to the mount and dry-fit the assembly on the receiver before final installation. Confirm that no optic screw can protrude far enough to contact or scratch the receiver.
Follow the Ruger Mark IV installation instructions for the complete screw-length check, torque values, and optional thread locker adjustment.

Armadyne mounts are designed and manufactured in the USA. Each mount is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum in our Lincoln, Nebraska shop, then sandblasted and finished with H-Series Cerakote for wear and corrosion resistance.
